Whole dried clove buds — intense, sweet-warm aromatic with a numbing finish. Used in garam masala, chai and pickling.

Dark brown whole clove buds, cleaned and graded. High eugenol content gives the characteristic warm, slightly numbing aroma.

Applications: garam masala, chai masala, pickle and biryani bases, mulled-drink and dessert blends.
